Privacy policy

Clockiv stores the minimum needed to run your calendar and sync it between your devices. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we don't use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and display name.
- Your content: calendar events, tasks, task lists, tracked time, and the income figures you type into the target pill.
- Sharing: your @username, and who you've invited or been invited by.
- Google Calendar (optional): if you connect Google, we hold an access token to read and write the calendars you choose. We never read Gmail, Drive, or contacts.
- Sign in with Apple (optional): the identifier Apple provides, and the email you choose to share — including Apple's private relay address if you hide your real one.
Buying Clockiv Pro
- Your email at checkout: to send your receipt and set up your account. If you tick the box for checkout reminders and offers, we may send up to three emails about finishing your purchase, and we keep a record of that choice (what the box said, when you ticked it) as proof. Unticked, you get none.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only that you paid, how much, and when your plan renews.
- Your country and time zone: to show the price for where you are, and to write deadlines in your own time.
- Email delivery: by Postmark. We don't track opens or clicks.
- How long: an email from a checkout that was never completed is deleted after 90 days. Consent records are kept for three years. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address on a do-not-email list so it stays that way.
- Cookies: one to keep you signed in, and one that ties a checkout to the browser that started it. No advertising or tracking cookies. Page-visit counts are kept only as daily totals, with nothing that identifies you.
What we don't collect
No location, no contacts, no photos, no advertising identifier, no behavioural tracking. Sound and haptic preferences, the selected theme, and the social-media blocking settings stay on your device.
Where it lives
On Amazon Web Services in the EU (eu-west-1), encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes — we can't read them.
Sharing with others
When you invite someone, they see exactly the slice you granted — a calendar, all tasks, or the specific cards you picked — and nothing else. You can revoke any share at any time from Settings, which takes effect immediately.
Deleting everything
Settings → Account → Delete account permanently removes your profile, events, tasks, shares and notifications. It cannot be undone. You can also email support@clockit.webetzy.com and we'll delete it within seven days.
Children
Clockiv isn't directed at children under 13.
